Thanks to Flipping_Treasures for this info on the Piscitelli Jewelry Company!

Her research found that Piscitelli has apparently been in business for over 50 years and are still making pieces that are signed.  The company is family owned. 

Here is the mark that was on the piece that she was researching:

I found the following information in the US Trademark listings:

first used in 1975 - status shown as cancelled in 2003

first used in 1980 - status shown as cancelled in 2005

IMPACT - Word mark "IMPACT", originally owned by Impact Accessories, then purchased by Piscitelli in 1993, mark apparently used from 1981-1996.
