Recently (Sept 2008) I looked up the 1928 Jewlery Company on the US Trademark database and happened to see that they have had a bunch of different trademarks.  The company is owned by Mel Bernie and Company.  Here's a list of trademarks that are attributed to Mel Bernie and Company (as of Sept 08).  I have indicated also whether the trademark listing lists them as "live" or "dead".   If "dead" - I'll list the start and end dates.  For live, the start date.   Many of the trademarks were simply "word marks", but if there is a special graphic shown, I'll include that also.
